On our way down to Cape May, my brother took us on a small detour to pass by what we thought was a siding full of abandoned train cars near Winslow Junction. Turns out, it is not at all abandoned, but an active line that is used for transporting lumber and building supplies to Atlantic City, among other places. How did we learn this? Back from Cape May
This is the lighthouse at Cape May Point. Cape May, NJ is a Victorian seaside resort town, about two hours from my parents’ house. We had beautiful weather: sunny and unseasonably warm. My family and I spent a few days at Cape May, relaxing (without internet access!), taking pictures and finishing up the Christmas shopping. So, to make up for being absent for a few days, I’ll post a few new photos today.
